Artisan Rustic Furniture and decor
Rustic Log Originals’ policies ensure customer satisfaction. We represent a community of artisan furniture makers and home decor designers. Such as unique custom-made rustic furniture, area rugs, antler furniture, handcrafted metalwork, and rustic decor. Rustic Log Originals and its artisan work closely with clients to provide quality products and customer service. All orders require a 50% deposit to secure a production placeholder. Balance is due upon completion and before shipping. While in stock, items are within a few days. Our area rugs are made to order within the USA and ship direct from the manufacturer within 14 business days. We are not responsible for shipping delays by the shipping company or vendors. Our area rugs are made to order by a third-party company, and we do not warranty their product.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the “Site” (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions. Sales tax will be added to the purchase price as we deem required. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for such amounts upon placing your order. Suppose your order is subject to recurring charges. In that case, you consent to our charging your payment method regularly without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the “Site.” In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, payment method, and/or orders using the same billing or shipping address.
Shipping and handling policies
We depend on select trucking companies and delivery services to deliver our custom rustic furniture and home decor. While these are dependable services, please understand that they run under their policies and procedures. Thus, we have no control over their services. Thus, we cannot guarantee but only estimate delivery dates.
- Unloading is the client’s responsibility with a common carrier, but services are available. Lift gate services are available for shipments under 900 lbs and 76″ long. But The driver is not responsible for moving the crate once on the ground. Please be kind to the delivery driver, and he/she is working under their company’s policies. Also, remember these are large box trucks with 18 wheels. Some roads and driveways may be inaccessible, so plan to have help to move into your home. The client must inspect the product before signing to receive the shipment. Please note any package damage and do not sign for the shipment. Contact Rustic Log Originals by phone before the driver leaves. (615-878-6216 is always best ) Please take pictures of the damage and packing material closeup and wide view. Along with the delivery document. Although, if excessive wear, this will help us file a claim and expedite repairs or replacement. We also offer in-home hand-delivery on custom orders for a fee.
- If the crate is severely damaged, we suggest refusing the shipment due to damages and contacting Rustic Log Originals.
- White glove delivery and in-home setup are available in many areas. Please contact us about this service.
- Ground delivery services are available for many items under 150 lbs once packed. Depending on the value of your shipment, a direct signature may be required. Also, if the packing has damage, have the delivery driver note damages and take pictures. Or refuse due to damages. Contact Rustic Log Originals at 615-878-6216!
- Damaged goods claims must be filed promptly. We will need pictures of damages and pictures of the BOL showing the driver noted damages.
- All original packing must be saved! Do not destroy the crate or allow the delivery company to take any packing material.
- If you signed for the shipment but did not damage the BOL, you have excepted the product in good condition, and all liability claims against Us are void.
- All items are packaged to minimize and protect from damage. Please do not assume neglect on our part if a shipment arrives damaged. Please promptly provide all requested items, so we can investigate along with the shipping company. Not providing the requested documentation to file a claim will void our liability.
- We will replace or repair items damaged at our discretion promptly. A damaged Item does not constitute an order being canceled or returned.
- All replacements will be shipped to the same address as the original shipment. Rustic log originals is not responsible for extra charges if the shipment address is changed.

Return, refund, and exchange policy
Once an item of merchandise is delivered, you can return that item within 14 days of delivery for an online credit.
To return your product, you should mail your product to Littlebranch Enterprises, Inc, 901 2nd Ave, South, Nashville, TN 37210
To be eligible for a return.
- Merchandise must be unused.
- In the same condition, it was shipped, and you received it.
- It must also be in the original shipping package.
- We do not provide return shipping labels.
- Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
- Area rugs are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Our return policy does not apply to the following goods. These items are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

After we have received your valid return, We will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If we accept your return, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned.
- non-transferable merchandise online credit.
- The client will be responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items.
- Or other remedies that we determine in good faith are appropriate in the circumstances.
The online credit is valid for use for sixty days. The original shipping cost is not refunded or given in credit! A 50% restocking fee will also apply to area rugs and is not refundable.
Please do not send such items back to the manufacturer for items manufactured by another party and resold by us. This will nullify any refund or credit by us or the “Site.”
Defective items fall under our warranty or shipping damage.
Order Cancellations
Before custom orders begin, a 50% fee covers merchant fees, labor, and other associated fees. Custom order deposits are non-refundable, and the order cannot be canceled once production starts. Custom order material costs are not refundable. Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours if the order has not shipped. A 15% non-refundable processing fee applies. If the order has shipped, an order cannot be canceled.

Free shipping on all orders over $250 within the 48 contiguous United States!
Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days, except area rugs, which are made to order and ship directly from U.S. manufacturers within 14 to 21 days.
Shipment delivery time
- Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days, except area rugs are made to order and ship within 14 to 21 days.
- Your order will be delivered 5 to 10 business days after shipping.
- Tracking will be provided within 3 business days with the shipment estimated delivery date to your address via email from the shipping company delivering your product and us. Area rugs tracking will be provided after the items ship via the US manufacturer.
- We are not responsible for third-party shipping service delays.
- Smaller packages under 150 pounds that meet the size requirements ship ground with a signature required.
- Large shipment ship palletized via freight services. (see details below)
- Contact customer service via phone or email during regular business hours, Monday – Friday.
- Orders received after 2 pm CST Monday – Friday will be processed the following business day. The order time frame states the day we process the order.
- Area rug orders placed after 2 pm CST or on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. The order time frame states the day we process the order.
Transit time is measured in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship out on the next business day.
We do not offer expedited shipping services at this time.
Small packages under 150 pounds will ship ground and require a signature at delivery.
Over 150 pounds are shipped via Common Carrier, also known as freight LTL services (18-wheeler). A signature is required!
- Lift gate services for shipments under 76″ in length and 800 pounds are accessible for home delivery.
- Shipments over 76″ long and 800 pounds require equipment or manpower to unload, which we do not provide.

If your order meets or exceeds the amount advertised on the website, you qualify for free shipping. The free shipping option is not valid for International orders and Alaska or Hawaii.

At Rustic Log Originals, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. While following best business practices put out by the Better Business Bureau. If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
Our Storage Policy
We understand, occasionally, things happen, whether a delay in construction or other life event disruption. Thus necessitating the need to delay the delivery of your purchase. We understand and want to help make this process as easy as possible. Below are a few simple tips and ways we can help
- If we are building your custom furniture order, here is the process!
- Timing is everything; we like to ship as we complete it.
- We will reach out about a week before your project starts. If you have a delay, please let us know. We can delay starting your project.
- You do not go to the bottom of the list but stay at the top.
- We will reschedule and work with you to prevent any storage charges.
- If you purchase an in-stock item and need us to store it.
- Yes, we will gladly store it for you for 60 days free.
- After 60 days, a storage fee $75 per month for single items.
- Multiple items will be quoted.
So if you love an in-stock item, no worries, we will hold it for you, so go ahead and order. We will work out the details.
Our Warranty
Littlebranch Enterprises, Inc DBA, Rustic Log Originals, warranties its handmade rustic furniture for 1 year from the time of purchase from Rustic Log Originals. It covers the original purchaser and only purchases from Rustic Log Originals. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the furniture found to be defective in material or workmanship. Any warranty claims must be in writing to Rustic Log Originals within one year from the date of purchase. We will schedule an inspection or request specific pictures to determine whether a defect exists.
If a defect exists, we will make every attempt to repair it. If repairs are unsuccessful, we will replace it with a similar furniture piece. It is built with the same design and specs as the original, but each piece of wood is unique. Thus, wood varies in color, knots, grain, and live edge. A Littlebranch service agent can only do warranty work.
Proper care is important and essential to preserving your furniture’s warranty by Littlebranch Enterprises, Inc DBA Rustic Log Originals. While we stand behind our products, this warranty does not cover neglect and abuse. Nor is pet damage, scratches, scuff, indentations, everyday wear, burns, and watermarks. Our wash and care will maintain your finish and remove minor watermarks and stains. The sun can cause excessive damage to natural wood furniture. Both in sunspots, causing cracks in the wood and excessive drying of the wood and finishes. As well as harsh cleaning chemicals. While the finishes are great, there is no perfect wood finish. All will scratch, dent, dry out, or stain. Proper care and humidity is the key to maintaining quality natural wood furniture.
Littlebranch Enterprises, Inc DBA Rustic Log Originals will not be liable for consequential or incidental damages. Littlebranch Enterprises, Inc DBA Rustic Log Originals will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage other than to the furniture itself that may result from a defect in the furniture. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Littlebranch Enterprises, Inc DBA Rustic Log Originals makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. These and all other implied warranties are expressly disclaimed. Some states do not allow an exclusion or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Wood adjusts at different times of the year to the moisture content of the air. In a sense, the wood breathes. Wood will also adjust to the moisture content of your home. Thus, we suggest keeping your home’s moisture at 40% to 45% year-round. You may notice a slab move slightly or even develop small cracks. A dry home may cause the wood to move or crack more than a home with proper humidity. Be sure your home has proper humidity levels. Third-party products not crafted by Rustic Log Originals are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Furniture care
Rustic Log Originals uses only actual live edge wood slabs in our rustic natural wood furniture. We prefer and seek out unique wood with cracks, twists, and colors. These are also inherent characteristics of natural wood slabs and are not considered a defect. We use durable plant-based hard wax finishes. Use our simple wash and care to clean and care for your wood furniture. While we use UV protectants and quality wood finishes, all wood reacts to sunlight and excessive moisture. Also, it is essential to limit exposure to all-natural wood furniture as to moisture, heat, and sunlight. Thus, no furniture, mantels, or wood countertops should be left outdoors. With proper care, your furniture will last for generations.
