This square vessel copper sink is full of rustic charm, and the design may remind you of the old washbasin. Our copper sinks are handmade of heavy-gauge copper for durability. If you want to give your powder room a wow effect, a copper vessel sink is a great option. Both the style and the material have a lot of appeals and will add high-end designer flair to your vanity. Since vessel sinks sit on top of the counter, they are easier to install than drop-in models but keep in mind that the added height makes them harder to reach for small children.
SQUARE COPPER SINK
Over time, the color of your copper sink will darken to a dark brown, that process is normal and is called patina. Patina is a protective layer that develops on the surface of copper. Every day clean your sink with a mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth then wipe it dry. To protect the patina, a few times a year, apply a thin layer of Renaissance or car wax. Some substances such as acids, oil, perfume, and cosmetics may lighten the color if you leave them on the surface. Don’t worry, though, the patina will quickly darken again.
